TIPS FOR RENTERS
  • If you are unable to find what you are looking for, please ask to be added to a wait list and you will be contacted if something becomes available.
  • Since you will be renting directly from the owners, it is helpful for you to understand that individual ownership weeks begin and end on Fridays. The residences that are available in “Back-to-Back” weeks are indicated in their descriptions.
  • Some residences will have a minimum number of nights requirement. If you are interested in a last minute rental, most owners waive the requirement.
PAYMENT AND CANCELATION POLICIES
  • 2% discount when paying by check or EFT. Discount on base rate before taxes.
  • 50% Deposit is due at time of reservation. 50% Balance is due 30 days prior toarrival (60 days for Christmas and New Year's rentals).
  • Payment types accepted: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Diners Club, BC, JCB, UnionPay, DinaCard, Checks, Money Orders, EFT.
  • A 10% fee is charged on all cancelations. Fee based on entire scheduled rental.
  • Full deposit, less 10% fee, refunded if cancelation is more than 30 days before arrival.
  • Cancelations within 30 days of arrival refunded only if unit can be re-booked, less 10% fee. Refund will be amount of re-booking rental, not to exceed original rental.
  • No refunds for late arrivals, early departures or poor weather conditions.
RESORT POLICIES
  • No Smoking. No Pets.
  • Check-In Time is 4pm. Check-Out Time is 11am.
  • Marriott charges a mandatory Departure Cleaning Fee. Daily Housekeeping is optional and an additional charge. The fees are listed in the residence descriptions. Fees are subject to change without notice from Marriott.
