CANCELATION POLICIES
A 10% fee is charged on all cancelations. Fee based on entire scheduled rental.
Full deposit, less 10% fee, refunded if cancelation
is more than 30 days before arrival. Cancelations within 30 days are non-refundable except if
unit is re-rented, less 10% fee.
Refund will be amount
of re-booking rental, not to exceed original rental.
No refunds for late arrivals, early departures
or poor weather.
This includes air quality from wildfires or road conditions due to rain, snow, mud and rock slides.
A recent COVID diagnosis is not an exception for a refund.
