Our cancelation policy is strictly enforced (shown below). Purchasing Trip Protection Insurance is highly recommended.
We don't sell insurance directly. There are several third-party companies available. We are an affiliate of InsureMyTrip, and receive a small commission on referrals. Here is a link to their site:
Cancelation Policies
- A 10% fee is charged on all cancelations. Fee based on entire scheduled rental.
- Full deposit, less 10% fee, refunded if cancelation is more than 30 days before arrival.
- Cancelations within 30 days are non-refundable except if unit is re-rented, less 10% fee.
- Refund will be amount of re-booking rental, not to exceed original rental.
- No refunds for late arrivals, early departures or poor weather. This includes air quality from wildfires or road conditions due to rain, snow, mud and rock slides.
- A recent COVID diagnosis is not an exception for a refund.
