PAYMENT AND CANCELATION POLICIES
50% Deposit is due at time of reservation. 50% Balance is due 30 days prior to arrival
(60 days for Christmas and New Year's rentals).
2% discount when paying by check or EFT. Discount on base rate before taxes.
Payment types accepted:
Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Diners Club, BC, JCB,
UnionPay, DinaCard, Checks, Money Orders, EFT.
A 10% fee is charged on all cancelations. Fee based on entire scheduled rental.
Full deposit, less 10% fee, refunded if cancelation is more than 30 days before arrival.
Cancelations within 30 days of arrival refunded only if unit can be re-booked, less 10% fee. Refund will be amount of re-booking rental, not to exceed original rental.
No refunds for late arrivals, early departures or poor weather conditions.
